Bring the family and enjoy a Virginia Master Naturalist-let Monthly Hike on the first Saturday of the month, meet at 10am.
Meet at the Rail Trail Trailhead behind the courthouse in Palmrya. There will be great views of the Rivanna as we look down from this trail high about the river. What wildlife live in the river and on the banks? What wildlife come to fish in the river? What plants and trees grow in a river environment? Come find out as we stroll for about a mile on this trail with gentle inclines.
