Bring the family and enjoy a Virginia Master Naturalist-let Monthly Hike on the first Saturday of the month, meet at 10am.
Meet at the parking area across from the ball fields to walk a part of the Brush Arbor Trail. This portion of the trail give us a taste of 3 different habitats. Take a leisurely one mile walk through meadow, pine transition, and hardwood forest to see what's happening in each of these habitats in the midst of winter! This is a relatively flat trail, with a few gentle inclines.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Please wear appropriate hiking attire, good walking shoes, no crocs!
Please bring a full water bottle.
