Bring the family and enjoy a Virginia Master Naturalist-let Monthly Hike on the first Saturday of the month, meet at 10am.
Meet at the parking lot behind the Fluvanna Library. Experience the natural world with a walk on Deep Creek's wooded trails, where fallen leaves allow us a more expansive view of the landscape around us. Learn about the myriad of woodland creatures who benefit from newly fallen leaves, and other fall happenings! We'll take about a mile walk on trails with mostly gentle inclines and a few moderate hills. Seasonal rains may create a few small streams on the trails; waterproof footwear recommended.
